The Charitable Pf The Trust Is To Be Defined As According To The Clause (15) Section 2 Of Income Tex Act , 1961 – 2015 Under The Clause (15) Of Section 2 Of Income Tex Act Charitable Purpose Includes Relief Of The Poor , Education ,yoga, Medical Relief , Preservation Of Environment ( Including Watersheds , Forests And Wildlife) And Preservation Of Monuments Or Places Or Object Of Artistic Or Historic Interest, And The Advancement Of Any Other Objective Of General Public Utility. The Other Objective Are Mentioned In The Section 3 Of The Memorandum Of The Trust Makhanlal Vyas Vidhyapeeth.
